WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
 

WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING COSTS?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our standard worldwide shipping cost starts at $3.95 unless you order a large amount of weight. On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

First of all, visit our store at: www.oucloth.com
Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out".
Then fill in your information and pay.
That's it! Very easy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 7-14 business days for shipping to the US and 12-49 business days for international shipping. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 6 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE...WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.

CAN I CHANGE, REFUND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change, refund or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

If you have received the damaged or wrong product, please send image proof and we will either give you a refund or replace your product depending on your choice.

MISSING PACKAGE?

On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late don't worry! All you need to do is contact us at our contact page or postmaster@oucloth.com . We will reply in 24 hours. If for some reason we don't (don't worry we always reply) Just send us an email again. We pride ourselves on customer satisfactions, any issues we fix ASAP.
